White Glove Delivery is included within 150 Miles of the Cleveland Headquarters store. Delivery is assigned by the company delivery coordinator, and in stock orders are prioritized. You will receive a call and email from the fulfillment team to choose a designated delivery day and 2 hour time slot window. If your selected purchase is not in stock, the fulfillment crew will still reach out to schedule a future delivery, however this delivery will be tentative and subject to arrival of the products.
