Delivery: White glove delivery includes setup, assembly, and a 2-hour arrival window communicated the morning of delivery. Old mattress removal available for $49 paid directly to our third-party sanitation service — free with purchase of a More Snuggle Sleep System. Delivery techs trained for mattress assembly only; moving or reconfiguring other household items is not permitted.
Online Orders: Mattresses must be kept a minimum of 30 nights before return. Refunds issued per manufacturer guidelines or default to 120-night policy, less return shipping not to exceed 20% of item cost. Unopened accessories accepted for return with buyer-paid postage; refund issued within 5 days of receipt. Opened accessories are non-returnable per Ohio sanitary guidelines.
